Delivery

We deliver our products to major countries all over the world.  But we reserve rights not to ship products to certain areas.

We ship our products to you by airmail post generally.  If you want delivery methods other than by mail post, please inform us.

Return

While we believe our customers are all eco-conscious, we encourage our customers to give your purchased goods to your friends or other people locally if you find your purchased goods are not as appropriate as you wish for whatever reason.

However, if you find your products are damaged during delivery, please send us the photo by email immediately in 2 days after you received it.  We may reply you in 3 days and we may refund or resend to you subject to the damage is not due to us or delivery.  We reserve our rights of final decision in handling customer return request.
